Description

Own the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Plan and execution for the CTO organizational transformation initiative, aligned with the Communication Plan.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the CTO Transformation Program Manager and Product Owners to evaluate and prioritize support needs.
• Author communications and guidance documents using Prosci’s ADKAR methodology to address awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement stages.
• Collaborate with technical writers to quantify changes impacting staff, enterprise functions, and state agency service delivery.
• Build training packages for new standards and standard operating procedures.
• Design and utilize metrics dashboards to track adoption and provide program-level status.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience designing and executing organizational change management plans.
• Senior expertise in applying formal change management processes.
• Proficiency with Prosci’s ADKAR methodology.
• Experience managing communications across multiple channels including email, web, wiki, webinars, and video.
• Ability to translate technical documentation into user-friendly language while maintaining accuracy.
• Experience designing metrics to track change adoption and reinforcement.
• Proven ability to identify resistance to change and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Experience working within established brand and writing standards.
