Description

You will lead organizational change management for the CTO transformation initiative, ensuring adoption of new standards and processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans using Prosci’s ADKAR model.
• Coordinate with Program Managers and Product Owners to prioritize change management support across work streams.
• Author clear guidance documents and communications via email, websites, WIKI, webinars, and video.
• Build training packages to support the rollout of new standards and standard operating procedures.
• Design and track adoption metrics via dashboards to identify resistance and implement reinforcement steps.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience designing and executing organizational change management plans.
• Senior expertise applying formal change management processes and frameworks.
• Proficiency with the Prosci ADKAR methodology or similar frameworks.
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to translate technical documentation into user-friendly language.
• Experience managing content within a WIKI environment.
• Ability to ensure accessibility compliance in all stakeholder communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Visio or Draw.io for process visualization.
• Experience adhering to organizational style guides and branding standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a CTO-led transformation initiative.
• Background in engineering or technology environments.
