Description

Drive organizational transformation within the OIT CTO program by owning the end-to-end change management lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans tailored to specific projects and stakeholders.
• Implement Prosci ADKAR methodologies to build stakeholder support and advocate for organizational changes.
• Create communication strategies and materials to build awareness and desire for change across various delivery methods.
• Build training packages to support the rollout of new standards and procedures.
• Develop dashboards to track metrics, identify adoption gaps, and provide program-level status updates.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in change management roles.
• Proficiency with Prosci ADKAR methodology.
• Experience working within an SDLC environment.
• Expertise in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use Visio or Draw.io for process mapping.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat.
• Degree in any field.
