Description

You will lead change management efforts within a CTO organizational transformation initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a change management plan aligned with the CTO Transformation Program Communication Plan.
• Coordinate with Program Managers and Product Owners to evaluate and prioritize change management support.
• Quantify changes impacting staff, enterprise functions, and state agency service delivery alongside technical writers and stakeholders.
• Create concise guidance documents based on frameworks like Prosci's ADKAR methodology.
• Recommend delivery methods, presentation formats, and timing for communications based on implementation stages.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management.
• Expertise in Prosci's ADKAR methodology.
• Proficiency in IT Service Management.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience managing stakeholder engagement and advocacy strategies.
• Ability to develop comprehensive guidance documents and communication plans.
• Experience supporting large-scale organizational transformations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with state agency service delivery models.
