You will lead organizational change management for the OIT CTO Transformation Program, ensuring successful adoption of new standards and procedures.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and tailor Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans for specific projects, teams, and individuals.
• Implement Prosci ADKAR methodologies to build stakeholder support and advocate for change.
• Execute communication strategies and create materials to build awareness and desire for change.
• Build training packages for the rollout of new standards and procedures.
• Create dashboards to track metrics and provide program-level status updates.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience designing and executing organizational change management plans.
• 5+ years of experience utilizing the Prosci ADKAR Change Management Process.
• 3+ years of experience as a communications specialist or technical writer.
• 3+ years of experience working in an IT environment with knowledge of ITSM and SDLC.
• Expertise in applying formal change management processes and organizational change management methodologies.
• Experience organizing and maintaining a WIKI and video creation.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Visio or Draw IO, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience applying style guidelines and accessibility practices.
• Prior state or government experience.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to translate complex technical processes into accessible training and communication materials.
