Description

You will lead change management efforts for systems and process changes, owning the strategy from impact assessment through rollout sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management strategy, including stakeholder identification, engagement planning, and impact assessment.
• Develop organizational readiness and mitigation plans for business process changes.
• Execute project measurement programs focused on business readiness, sustainability, and rollout assessments.
• Support future-state process development by aligning user roles and performance measures with projected benefits.
• Produce communication materials, including emails and PowerPoint presentations, to prepare leadership for training events.

Required Skills

• Prosci Certification.
• 5+ years of experience in Change Management.
• Experience in Change Management Strategy.
• Experience with Stakeholder Identification & Engagement Plans.
• Experience in Change Impact Assessment & Mitigation.
• Experience developing Organizational Readiness.
• Experience managing change related to Systems and Processes.
• Ability to manage Measurement & Sustainability.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint presentations.
