Required Skills

• 20+ years of Change Management experience.
• Expertise in change documentation, writing, and editing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Change Management, Communications, Business, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with contract law or procurement.
