Own the change control lifecycle to ensure policy compliance and minimize operational risk across manufacturing locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Audit implemented and proposed changes for policy compliance, focusing on high and medium risk changes.
• Conduct Pre-CAB reviews, documentation audits, and verify pre-production testing requirements.
• Manage the CAB process, handle failed change processes, and oversee the year-end change exemption process.
• Run investigations to identify unauthorized changes and analyze misuse of Emergency, Expedited, or Latent change categories.
• Identify low-risk, repetitive changes to convert them into Standard Changes and manage yearly standard change re-certification.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in change management or audit roles.
• Experience managing CAB (Change Advisory Board) processes and meetings.
• Ability to conduct technical investigations into unauthorized or misused change categories.
• Proficiency in data mining to analyze change-related issues and report metrics to stakeholders.
• Experience with change-related knowledge articles management.
• Ability to develop assessment templates for risk and impact analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
