You will manage the implementation and adoption of organizational changes.

Responsibilities

  • Fine-tune proposed change management strategies.
  • Provide training to senior management and staff as needed.
  • Address and report challenges related to change as the change management lead.
  • Integrate new processes and systems with minimal employee resistance.
  • Define and measure change success by implementing specific metrics.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a change management or similar role.
  • Proficiency in change management practices, principles, frameworks, and tools.
  • Expert-level knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience working independently or within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience acting as a Change Manager.
