You will manage the implementation and adoption of organizational changes.
Responsibilities
- Fine-tune proposed change management strategies.
- Provide training to senior management and staff as needed.
- Address and report challenges related to change as the change management lead.
- Integrate new processes and systems with minimal employee resistance.
- Define and measure change success by implementing specific metrics.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a change management or similar role.
- Proficiency in change management practices, principles, frameworks, and tools.
- Expert-level knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience working independently or within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience acting as a Change Manager.
