Description

You will lead change management for connected factory and smart manufacturing initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute change management strategies for connected factory projects.
• Assess change impact and develop risk mitigation plans for smooth transitions.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build stakeholder awareness.
• Drive communication between IT and OT teams to ensure program adoption.
• Monitor change effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing domain.
• 5+ years of experience in change management within a connected factory environment.
• Deep knowledge of Industry 4.0 trends and change management principles.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and facilitate training sessions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate change effectiveness.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Prosci certification.
• ACMP certification.
