Description

You will own the execution of enterprise-level change management and transformation programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise change management strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and organizational readiness assessments.
• Drive communication strategies, training plans, and adoption frameworks across impacted teams.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure, defining scope and tracking milestones.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint tracking, and managing epic/feature alignment.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in Change Management, Project Management, or Transformation roles.
• Proven experience leading enterprise change or transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile and/or hybrid delivery models.
• Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar Agile delivery tools.
• Experience working in regulatory, compliance, and audit-driven environments.
• Proficiency in Change Management and Project Management methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance domains.
• Working knowledge of Azure concepts.
