Description

You manage change and release coordination processes to ensure infrastructure modifications follow formal procedures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct impact assessments covering technical, non-technical, downtime, cost, and legal requirements.
• Convene and chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency Committee meetings.
• Determine CAB composition to evaluate and approve various change types.
• Approve standard changes and identify RFCs that can transition into standard change models.
• Maintain and socialize updated procedures with technology tracks and approvers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management or related coordination roles.
• Proven experience managing the full Change Management lifecycle.
• Ability to perform comprehensive impact assessments across multiple domains.
• Experience chairing CAB or emergency technical committees.
• Knowledge of formal infrastructure change management procedures.
• Strong understanding of linking change decisions to problem management.
