Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of change initiatives and deployment processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess change readiness, perform impact analyses, and identify key stakeholders and risks.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to integrate change activities and risk mitigation tactics into project plans.
• Manage change windows, deployment plans, and the execution of deliverables into production and test environments.
• Validate change notes, including implementation, back-out, and risk assessment protocols.
• Define and measure success metrics through change management reporting systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management and Project Management.
• Proven experience implementing change programs of work within project teams.
• Expertise in various change management methodologies and communication strategies.
• Ability to plan change windows and cycles across portfolios and components.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in complex or ambiguous environments.
• Experience managing deployment of deliverables and validating external dependencies during test runtimes.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities for stakeholder negotiation and advisory roles.
• Ability to maintain change schedules and align them with major vendors and core services.
