You will manage organizational change and business process implementation for payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement organizational change management programs.
• Develop and implement business processes specific to payroll processing.
• Lead stakeholder engagement through written and oral communication.
• Facilitate training and testing for new payroll system implementations.
• Manage conflict resolution and negotiation processes across departments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in change management or related implementation roles.
• Proven experience implementing payroll systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Practical change management skill set with demonstrated implementation experience.
• Proficiency in business management, statistics, and analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet software.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to work on-site at a City facility in Fort Worth, TX.
