Description

You will provide change management support for global initiatives focused on transforming HCM department workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct stakeholder mapping and change impact analysis to recommend engagement, communication, training, and go-live strategies.
  • Distill complex information into digestible content, including executive talking points and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Prepare and support Change Management Lead meetings for internal HCM and divisional client forums.
  • Coordinate with change champions across multiple teams and locations to ensure a consistent yet tailored change approach.
  • Manage administrative organization including meeting scheduling, forum planning, and workshop coordination.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of professional experience in Change Management or Project Management.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven hands-on experience in change management and project management.
  • Strong business writing and communication skills for executive-level content.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and general MS Office.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills for impact assessment.
  • Ability to build relationships across various regions and functions.
  • Experience in Financial Services.
  • Business Analysis skills.
