Description

Manage change initiatives for connected factory and smart manufacturing projects in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute change management strategies to support organizational initiatives in connected factory environments.
• Assess change impact and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build awareness among employees and stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication between IT and OT teams to drive program adoption.
• Guide project teams on change management methodologies and Industry 4.0 best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing domain.
• 5+ years of experience in change management or related roles within connected factory environments.
• Deep knowledge of change management principles and Industry 4.0 methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and training sessions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Prosci certification.
• ACMP certification.
