Lead organizational change management and business transformation initiatives for enterprise-scale clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver organizational change management strategies for enterprise clients.
• Drive business transformation consulting engagements from inception to completion.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies to optimize business processes.
• Manage complex change projects using structured project management frameworks.
• Influence stakeholders through clear communication and interpersonal engagement.

Required Skills

• 7 to 15 years of experience in organizational change management or business transformation consulting.
• Proven track record in a leadership role focusing on change management or talent management.
• Deep understanding of process improvement and continuous improvement principles.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Advanced interpersonal and influencing skills for enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering consulting services to large-scale enterprise customers.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in change management methodology such as PROSCI, CMI, or PCI.
