Description

You will manage the end-to-end IT change management lifecycle to minimize operational risk and disruption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain change management processes and policies.
• Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to assess proposed changes.
• Evaluate change requests for impact, risk, and resource requirements.
• Communicate upcoming changes to stakeholders and collect feedback.
• Oversee change implementation, monitor effectiveness, and identify mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT change management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and change management processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using ServiceNow or Jira for change management.
• ITIL Change Management Certification or Certified Change Management Professional designation.
