You will lead change management strategies to drive employee adoption and minimize resistance during transitions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management plans integrated with overall project timelines.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and resistance points to develop mitigation plans.
- Manage stakeholder communications and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Monitor adoption, utilization, and proficiency through measurement systems and implement corrective actions.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in change management.
- Proficiency with CRQ.
- Experience using BMC Helix ITSM.
- Ability to perform detailed impact analyses and risk assessments.
- Experience designing measurement systems to track change adoption.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder communications and training requirements.
- Degree in any field.
