You will lead change management strategies to drive employee adoption and minimize resistance during organizational transitions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management plans integrated with overall project timelines.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and resistance points to develop mitigation plans.
• Manage stakeholder communications and support the design and delivery of training programs.
• Monitor adoption, utilization, and proficiency through measurement systems and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in change management.
• Proficiency with CRQ.
• Experience using BMC Helix ITSM.
• Ability to perform detailed impact analyses and risk assessments.
• Experience designing measurement systems to track change adoption.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder communications and training requirements.
• Degree in any field.
