You will drive change management strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance during organizational transitions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management plans integrated directly into overall project lifecycles.
  • Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness to identify key stakeholders and potential risks.
  • Design, document, and support the delivery of training programs to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Manage stakeholder communication to ensure clarity and timely updates regarding all changes.
  • Monitor adoption, utilization, and proficiency metrics through dedicated measurement systems.
  • Identify performance gaps and resistance to implement necessary corrective actions.

Required Skills

  • 14+ years of experience in change management roles.
  • Proficiency with CRQ.
  • Experience using BMC Helix ITSM.
  • Proven ability to mitigate resistance and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience integrating change activities within project management frameworks.
  • Ability to conduct detailed impact assessments and risk mitigation planning.
  • Strong capability in developing measurement systems to track change adoption.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
