You will manage technology change processes within a regulated production environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of change requests, including creation, QA, and implementation.
• Execute change management workflows within a regulated production setting.
• Utilize ITSM tools to track and govern technical changes.
• Interact directly with senior leaders, stakeholders, and multiple internal teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technology change management role.
• 5+ years of experience working with ITSM Remedy.
• 5+ years of experience managing change requests through creation, QA, and implementation.
• 5+ years of demonstrated expertise using Confluence and Jira.
• 2+ years of experience working within a Hadoop or Big Data environment.
• Experience operating within regulated production environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
