Description

You will drive proficiency and adoption for enterprise-wide changes impacting IT infrastructure, applications, PMO processes, or governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement organizational change management activities using structured methodologies.
• Develop communication plans and stakeholder strategies to increase awareness and adoption.
• Conduct impact analyses and readiness assessments to identify and address gaps.
• Create actionable deliverables for communications, stakeholder engagement, sponsor roadmaps, adoption, training, and resistance management.
• Define, measure, and report on success metrics and change effort progress.

Required Skills

• PROSCI certification (mandatory).
• 10+ years of experience implementing OCM for enterprise-wide initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience creating content for OCM initiatives and communications.
• 3+ years of experience managing stakeholder engagement and training programs.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level presentations for Board-level audiences.
• Solid understanding of the change lifecycle and how people adopt change.
• Experience leading changes stemming from IT infrastructure, application, or governance shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-wide implementations of off-the-shelf software.
• Proven track record with large-scale enterprise change adoption.
