Lead organizational change initiatives across people, processes, and technology implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute organizational change management strategies to implement technical and process shifts.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to drive adoption of new systems.
• Develop visual storytelling assets using graphic design to communicate changes.
• Influence leadership and stakeholders to align with organizational goals without direct authority.
• Use metrics and analytics to track change effectiveness and technical capability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in change management principles and application.
• Functional experience with Service Management Systems, specifically ServiceNow.
• Experience working with reliability engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills for email, PPT, newsletters, video, and infographics.
• Ability to maintain leadership relationships through high emotional intelligence.
• Capability to navigate and remain resilient in ambiguous situations.
• Technical proficiency in using metrics and analytics for decision making.
• Intermediate to sophisticated graphic design skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with M&As.
• Proficiency with Adobe suite.
