Description

Lead the day-to-day execution of the change management process for banking IT releases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities within the change management lifecycle.
• Develop and implement training plans, including conducting active training sessions.
• Create clear communication materials such as presentations, emails, and newsletters.
• Identify appropriate communication channels to reach specific stakeholders.
• Develop strategies to address and overcome resistance to change.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• Proven experience as a Release and Deployment Manager within the banking industry.
• Expertise in Change Management.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to design and execute organizational training and development activities.
• Experience in developing structured communication strategies.
