Description

You will lead the integration of smart technologies into ESG research workflows, acting as the bridge between research teams and the digital innovation unit.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision for smart technologies across research teams and contribute to the digital transformation agenda.
• Manage release cycles for information retrieval and extraction applications, coordinating schedules with IT partners.
• Act as liaison between Digital Product Managers, the Digital Innovation Team, and Research Teams for roadmap and sprint planning.
• Prioritize business requirements for IT partners and facilitate decision-making processes for multiple courses of action.
• Oversee change management initiatives, including user acceptance testing, impact assessment, and issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in smart technologies, specifically artificial intelligence, information retrieval, or data-intensive digital curation.
• Proven track record in either business analysis or release management.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning trends, including NLP, information extraction, and regression-based prediction.
• Proficiency in Python programming; experience with SQL, R, and VBA.
• Experience with project planning tools such as Jira and Jira Align.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with machine learning techniques like object classification and clustering.
