Description

You will lead the change management strategy and execution for the MAM/MDM implementation project.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a change management plan aligned with project timelines.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and impact analyses.
• Design communication campaigns and training materials for various user groups.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate technical changes into user-friendly messaging.
• Monitor feedback channels and adjust strategies based on user sentiment and adoption metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in change management or related roles.
• Experience with stakeholder analysis and impact assessments.
• Ability to coordinate with Cybersecurity and technical deployment teams.
• Proficiency in managing communication via Teams and OneNote.
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring adoption metrics and user sentiment.
• Experience managing transitions involving mobile policies or device management protocols.
• Ability to work on-site in Spring, TX.

Preferred Skills

• Background in cybersecurity environments.
