You will own the end-to-end change and release management lifecycle for production deployments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full change management lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Oversee release scheduling and coordinate deployment activities across teams.
• Ensure all changes adhere to established governance protocols and compliance standards.
• Mitigate risks associated with production deployments through rigorous planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Change Management.
• 5+ years of proven experience in Release Management.
• Track record of successfully managing complex release cycles.
• Ability to enforce governance protocols without bottlenecking delivery.
• Strong risk assessment and mitigation capabilities.
• Experience coordinating deployments in regulated environments.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field of study.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks.
