Description

You will manage channel sales for an assigned territory, implementing strategy to grow business through partners. You will build relationships with existing partners, recruit new ones, and maintain regional partner plans mapping strengths to target accounts. You will communicate pipeline and forecasts to sales leadership and collaborate with field marketing on campaigns. You will develop business plans to achieve revenue objectives and validate partner training and certification compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build productive relationships with existing partners and recruit new ones to grow opportunities.
• Maintain regional partner plans mapping partner strengths and vertical focus to target accounts.
• Communicate channel pipeline and forecasts proactively to sales leadership.
• Collaborate with field marketing to execute programs driving awareness among partner customers.
• Develop business plans outlining how target revenues and objectives will be achieved.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of high-tech channel sales experience in an enterprise environment.
• Deep knowledge of Value Added Reseller (VAR) channels and extensive partner relationships.
• Extensive knowledge of Optiv, Trace 3, Evotek, Tevora, Presidio, and Sirius at CXO levels.
• Proven experience managing at least two of these partners nationally to drive triple-digit revenue growth.
• History of setting and achieving financial goals with focus partners.
• Strong working knowledge of the cybersecurity space.
• Ability to drive 3 to 4 key initiatives across technical, professional services, and sales.
• Experience building and executing joint business plans with measurable success.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
