Description

You will configure, customize, and integrate the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) to support portfolio management, compliance, and trading operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support CRIMS modules including Portfolio Management, Compliance, Trading, and IBOR using Workbench.
• Develop and maintain system integrations via REST APIs, FIX protocol, and messaging frameworks like Kafka.
• Create automation scripts for batch processes, data feeds, and workflow improvements using SQL and Python.
• Write, test, and debug code to enhance system functionality, ensuring performance, scalability, and reusability.
• Collaborate with business analysts and traders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Charles River (CRD) configuration and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Java, C, or Python.
• Expertise in Charles River API Framework (frontend and backend).
• Solid understanding of financial markets, investment management, and trading workflows.
• Experience with REST APIs, FIX, and Kafka.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
