Required Skills

• Experience in chat support or email support.
• Strong written communication skills with correct grammar and spelling.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and digital platforms.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment.
• Minimum of 12th pass education.
• Previous experience in customer care or as a customer executive is preferred, though freshers may apply.
