Manage customer inquiries across multiple digital communication channels, including chat, text, email, social media, and direct messaging.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues via chat, text, email, social media, and direct messaging.
• Answer incoming communications promptly to ensure quick resolution.
• Consult on products to assist customers with their specific needs.
• Maintain high standards of service when addressing nonverbal platform inquiries.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (freshers welcome).
• Strong written communication skills with accurate grammar and spelling.
• Proficient typing skills.
• General computer literacy and technical savviness.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts.
• Minimum education requirement of 12th Pass.
