Description

You will engineer and maintain conversational AI solutions, integrating Generative AI and LLMs into application pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement features using Python and related frameworks.
• Integrate and fine-tune Generative AI/LLMs within application pipelines.
• Manage and contribute to CI/CD workflows using GitHub and Jenkins.
• Apply software design best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Design virtual agents using platforms like Amelia or Kore.ai.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Deep proficiency in Python programming.
• Solid understanding of NLP and Machine Learning concepts.
• Experience with JavaScript and Node.js.
• Familiarity with LLMs, model training, and related APIs.
• Proficiency with Linux environments.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile development practices (Scrum).
• Experience with CI/CD practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing virtual agents using platforms like Amelia or Kore.ai.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
