Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and refine technical documentation as a source for chatbot knowledge.
Convert Confluence content into Markdown and documentation-as-code formats.
Develop automation scripts for content conversion and migration, improving process efficiency.
Manage documentation repositories using Git, Bitbucket, or similar SCM platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content accuracy and structure.
Create standards, templates, and best practices to streamline documentation management.
Troubleshoot and resolve formatting, linking, or metadata issues within documentation.
Use AI tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance documentation quality and development workflows.
5+ years of scripting and automation experience, preferably with Python or Java.
Strong experience with Markdown documentation and Git-based repositories
