Description

Build and support end-to-end chatbot initiatives and scalable frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Set up end-to-end bot services including environment configuration, database setup, design, build, data logging, and analytics dashboards using Power BI.
• Deploy chatbots across multiple channels such as WhatsApp, Teams, mobile apps, and web interfaces.
• Create solution design documentation and complete IT Security Risk Assessments.
• Define and review standard coding guidelines for Cloud Functions.
• Integrate machine learning, NLP, cognitive computing, and speech-to-text/text-to-speech technologies to extend conversational use cases.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in chatbot development.
• Proficiency with MS Bot Framework.
• Experience with Azure Services.
• Knowledge of Dialogflow or other market chatbot platforms.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning.
• Ability to implement Cognitive Computing and speech technologies.
• Experience building for WhatsApp, Teams, and web/mobile channels.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
