Build and support end-to-end chatbot initiatives and scalable frameworks.
Responsibilities
Set up end-to-end bot services including environment configuration, database setup, design, build, data logging, and analytics dashboards using Power BI.
Deploy chatbots across multiple channels such as WhatsApp, Teams, mobile apps, and web interfaces.
Create solution design documentation and complete IT Security Risk Assessments.
Define and review standard coding guidelines for Cloud Functions.
Integrate machine learning, NLP, cognitive computing, and speech-to-text/text-to-speech technologies to extend conversational use cases.
Required Skills
3+ years of experience in chatbot development.
Proficiency with MS Bot Framework.
Experience with Azure Services.
Knowledge of Dialogflow or other market chatbot platforms.
Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning.
Ability to implement Cognitive Computing and speech technologies.
Experience building for WhatsApp, Teams, and web/mobile channels.
