Build and scale conversational AI virtual assistants for high-traffic enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop APIs and components as part of the core development team.
• Analyze business requirements and participate in solution design.
• Partner with the Kore.ai team to build conversational AI across various industry domains.
• Scale applications and database infrastructure.
• Implement design patterns within Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Experience building IVR bots using contact center software like Genesys or Cisco.
• Proficiency with Dialogflow, Rasa, or Botpress.
• Experience with Web Services using REST and SOAP.
• Working knowledge of JSON, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Understanding of Web Sockets and authentication/authorization techniques.
• Experience with software revision control systems.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Python, AI, NLP, and Gen AI.
• Experience with Git, Linux/Unix, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
