Description

You will build, test, and deploy enterprise-scale voice and chat bots using Microsoft Azure services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain bot code using TypeScript within distributed environments.
• Develop custom components and integrate web services using Microsoft Bot Framework and Composer.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins for version control and automated deployment.
• Support QA, UAT, and release phases through defect analysis and change maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of enterprise-scale voice and chat bot development experience.
• Proficiency with Azure Cloud, Azure Bot Service, and Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Bot Composer, Emulator, LUIS.ai, and QnA Maker.
• Practical experience with NLP, NLU, Machine Learning, and Conversational AI.
• Experience with Git and Jenkins for version control and automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology discipline or equivalent experience.
