Description

You will design, build, and deploy intelligent conversational interfaces within the Microsoft and Google ecosystems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design chatbot structures, user flows, and API integrations with external software.
• Implement and tune Natural Language Processing and generative AI techniques to improve response accuracy.
• Train, deploy, and monitor AI models using dashboards to track performance metrics.
• Manage data sources, create custom indexes, and tune intent matches for improved relevance.
• Develop applications interacting with web services while ensuring secure deployment and data privacy compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in chatbot or AI development.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Bot Service and Azure AI.
• Experience with Google CCAI Services.
• Ability to design conversational flows and integrate with web services and APIs.
• Experience in training and deploying AI models.
• Technical writing proficiency using Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
