Description

You will develop and maintain conversational AI solutions that integrate with external APIs and cloud systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop chatbot conversations that pull responses from external APIs via cloud functions or system integrations.
• Collaborate with UI designers and backend teams to define conversational AI mechanisms.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain chatbots across various channels (voice/chat).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance conversational agents using advanced technologies.
• Integrate chatbot solutions with multiple platforms and tune Speech to Text models.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Chatbot Development, including with IBM Watson or other AIM platforms.
• 3+ years experience training and improving intent recognition by curating training data sets.
• 2+ years experience applying Conversational AI best practices, including NLP and training data best practices.
• 1+ years of experience with CI/CD, Git, unit testing, and source code management.
• Knowledge of cloud development and deployment principles.
• Experience applying clean coding skills and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience tuning Speech to Text models.
