You will design, develop, and maintain conversational AI applications, integrating external APIs and managing the full software delivery lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build chatbot solutions for voice and chat channels.
• Integrate conversational agents with multiple platforms and external APIs.
• Train and improve intent recognition by curating training datasets.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing bots to enhance effectiveness.
• Collaborate with UI designers and backend teams to define conversational intents.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Chatbot development experience with IBM Watson Assistant, Dialogflow CX, or Amazon Lex.
• 3+ years training and improving intent recognition through data curation.
• 3+ years applying Conversational AI best practices, including NLP.
• 5+ years of software delivery experience.
• 1+ years of experience in CI/CD, Git, unit-testing, and source code management.
• 1+ years of knowledge of cloud development and deployment principles.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.js.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM, or equivalent experience.
