You will design, build, and deploy scalable chatbot solutions using Kore AI.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced chatbots using the Kore AI platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Implement and optimize NLP models to enhance chatbot performance.
• Integrate chatbots with various backend systems and APIs.
• Monitor and analyze chatbot performance to improve user experience.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development focused on chatbot development.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.
• Experience with Kore AI platform or similar chatbot development platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud services including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advanced NLP techniques beyond standard implementations.
