Description

Design, develop, and support advanced IVR and chatbot applications using object-oriented programming.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage IVR solutions, chatbot applications, and natural language understanding (NLU) systems.
• Implement third-party integrations using AWS Lambda, Lex, Amelia, Polly, and Salesforce CRM.
• Integrate IVR systems with external computer systems via web services, APIs, and communication protocols.
• Manage NLU grammars and speech recognition system integrations to enhance customer experience.

Required Skills

• 7 to 10 years of experience in IVR and chatbot development.
• Proficiency in NodeJS or Python for AWS Lambda integrations.
• Experience with SOAP, VXML, XML, and REST protocols.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database integration.
• Advanced understanding of IVR technology, telecommunications devices, networks, and software.
• Experience with object-oriented programming languages.
• Proven ability to manage third-party integrations and cross-system communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building and integrating Google CCAI solutions.
