Description

You will design and develop NLU applications using Amazon Lex and integrated AWS services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design conversational flows, including diagrams for paths, responses, and user inputs.
• Implement NLP capabilities by creating intents and defining slot types.
• Develop Lambda functions to handle dynamic responses and backend logic.
• Integrate LLMs via Amazon Bedrock using customized completion prompts and API Gateway.
• Monitor performance and errors using Amazon CloudWatch to optimize intents and prompts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in chatbot or NLU development.
• Proficiency in Python for building clean, efficient, and readable code.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lex and dialog management.
• Experience with Amazon Bedrock and invoking LLMs.
• Knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and CloudFormation.
• Ability to develop services using SOA and interact with APIs (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE).
• Experience managing JSON requests/responses and authentication via OAuth or API keys.

Preferred Skills

• Competency with CloudWatch for performance monitoring.
