Description

You will develop and maintain chatbot solutions using the Kore.ai platform.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand chatbot project requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain chatbot solutions on the Kore.ai platform.
• Create conversation flows, intents, entities, and dialogs to optimize chatbot interactions.
• Implement NLP and machine learning capabilities to enhance chatbot intelligence.
• Integrate chatbots with external systems, APIs, and databases.
• Test and debug chatbots to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Monitor chatbot performance and make improvements based on user feedback and analytics.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of proven experience in chatbot development, focused on Kore.ai.
• Experience with API integration and database connectivity.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Chatbot Deployment and maintenance in production environments.
• Familiarity with chatbot analytics tools and reporting.
• Experience designing and implementing multilingual chatbots.
• Proficiency in NLP.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
