Description

You will design, develop, and maintain chatbot solutions on the Kore.ai platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define project requirements.
• Design conversation flows, intents, entities, and dialogs to optimize user interactions.
• Implement NLP and machine learning capabilities to enhance chatbot intelligence.
• Integrate chatbots with external systems, APIs, and databases.
• Test, debug, and monitor chatbot performance, making improvements based on analytics.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of proven experience in chatbot development, specifically with Kore.ai.
• Proficiency in NLP and machine learning integration.
• Experience with API integration and database connectivity.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience deploying and maintaining chatbots in production environments.
• Familiarity with chatbot analytics tools and reporting.
• Experience designing multilingual chatbots.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
