Responsibilities

• Develop and implement multilingual chatbots.
• Integrate APIs and manage database connectivity.
• Deploy and maintain chatbots within production environments.
• Monitor chatbot performance using analytics and reporting tools.
• Debug and resolve technical issues within conversational flows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in chatbot development.
• Proven expertise with the Kore.ai platform.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with API integration.
• Strong database connectivity knowledge.
• Experience managing production deployments.
• Proficiency in chatbot analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to design multilingual conversational interfaces.

Preferred Skills

• Kore.ai certification or formal training.
