• Design end-to-end chatbot solutions and conversational flows.
• Integrate chatbot platforms with existing business systems and APIs.

• Collaborate on user experience design to ensure intuitive human-machine interaction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Strong understanding of platform integration.
• Experience as a Solution Designer or User Experience Designer.
• Competency in Java, C#, or JavaScript.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing intuitive human-machine interactions.
