Description

You will own the development and integration of advanced chatbot solutions using Google Dialogflow CX.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop core chatbot logic and conversational flows using Google Dialogflow CX.
• Integrate Dialogflow with Google CCAI Platform agents.
• Manage integration between Dialogflow and backend applications.
• Configure schedules and queues within the platform.
• Develop contact center IVR solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of dedicated chatbot development experience.
• Expertise in Google Dialogflow CX.
• Experience with Google CCAI Platform agent integration.
• Hands-on experience with backend application integration.
• Experience configuring schedules and queues.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Contact Center IVR development.
• Proficiency in Java.
