Description

You will design, develop, and deploy intelligent chatbot applications using the Rasa framework to automate interactions and enhance user engagement.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy chatbot applications using Rasa NLU and Rasa Core to meet specific business requirements.
• Implement advanced conversational workflows, intents, entities, and dialogue flows using NLP techniques.
• Integrate chatbot solutions with backend systems, APIs, databases, and messaging platforms like Slack, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger.
• Fine-tune and optimize NLP models to improve accuracy, responsiveness, and understanding of user queries.
• Monitor performance and user interactions using analytics to iterate on design and maintain system relevance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in chatbot development and deployment.
• Hands-on expertise with the Rasa framework, specifically Rasa NLU and Rasa Core.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.
• Experience with NLP libraries including NLTK, spaCy, and TensorFlow.
• Practical knowledge of working with APIs and databases.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Experience with DevOps practices for deployment and maintenance.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
