Description

You will design and manage conversational interfaces within large-scale, customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy chatbots to improve customer service efficiency.
• Manage conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex and Amazon Connect.
• Develop interactive chatbot interfaces using JavaScript.
• Implement ML models and NLP libraries to improve accuracy and contextual understanding.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in chatbot development or similar roles.
• Extensive experience with AWS services, specifically Amazon Lex and Amazon Connect.
• Experience with Conversational AI platforms such as NLX, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa, or IBM Watson Assistant.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with ML models including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience with NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, or GPT-3.
• Knowledge of Snowflake and Informatica.
• Bachelor's degree.
